2. Information We Collect

  • Account information — when you log in via Replit OAuth we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
  • Uploaded media — audio tracks, character reference photos, and any other files you upload to create your projects. These files are stored in Google Cloud Storage.
  • Project content — text prompts, scene descriptions, character names, and project settings you enter.
  • Usage data — credits consumed, generation runs initiated, timestamps, and server logs (IP address, request paths) for security and debugging.
  • Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status; we never see or store raw card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and manage your account and session.
  • To generate AI video content on your behalf using third-party AI services (Google Gemini for image generation, Anthropic Claude for scene planning, and fal.ai Kling for video animation). Your uploaded content and prompts are transmitted to these services solely to fulfil your generation requests.
  • To process subscription payments and manage your credit balance via Stripe.
  • To send transactional email notifications (e.g. "your video is ready") via SendGrid.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following processors only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

  • Replit — hosting and authentication.
  • Google Cloud (GCS, Gemini) — file storage and AI image generation.
  • Anthropic — AI scene-planning (Claude).
  • fal.ai — AI video animation (Kling).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • SendGrid — transactional email.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or any other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Session Data

We use a single secure, HTTP-only session cookie (sid) to maintain your login session. This cookie expires after 7 days of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics at this time.

6. Data Retention

Your account and project data are retained for as long as you have an active account. You may delete individual projects at any time from the dashboard. To request deletion of your entire account and associated data, contact us at the email below. Media files stored in Google Cloud Storage are deleted when you delete the associated project.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, HTTP-only session cookies, signed URLs for media access, rate limiting, and server-side input validation. No system is completely immune to attack; if you discover a security vulnerability please contact us immediately.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, or request portability. To exercise any of these rights contact us at the address below.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
