Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

We offer monthly subscription plans (Pro and Studio). You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access and your credit balance until that date.

First-month refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund of that month's subscription fee. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Renewal charges: Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable. We will send a reminder email before each renewal. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged.

2. Credits

Credits are consumed when AI generation jobs run. The platform automatically refunds credits for any shot or generation run that fails due to a technical error on our end. These refunds are applied immediately to your balance.

Credits consumed in a successful generation run are non-refundable, even if you are not satisfied with the creative output. AI generation is inherently variable; we cannot guarantee specific visual results.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money under any circumstances.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a significant service outage or a platform error that results in a material loss of credits or access, please contact us. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, issue a credit balance top-up or a partial subscription refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@smartdigitalvideo.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a brief description of your reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving disputes fairly.
